Determine method of shipment and prepare bills, invoices and other shipping documents. Assemble containers and crates, pack goods to be shipped, and prepare identifying information and shipping instructions.

Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner. Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.

Pulls and packs product based on daily orders. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

Mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries. Scaling ingredients according to the formula. Must adhere to all safety, sanitation, GMP and good housekeeping practices. Maintain accurate batch recording.

Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places. Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.

Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products. Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly. Conduct quality checks periodically.

Interact with customers in a professional manner. Maintaining a travel log to record.

Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Responsible for specific projects and tasks.
